I am absolutely ecstatic to give you the best shopping experience. Below are the only ways I will refund or exchange your product.

ORIGINAL PAINTINGS AND PRINTS (PRINTED IN MY STUDIO)

  • If your artwork is damaged during shipping, please contact me right away with photos for the insurance claim. You may choose a new piece or I can issue a refund with the shipping charges subtracted.

  • If you are not satisfied with your painting, you may return it within 7 business days. Please contact me via email for the shipping address. The painting must be packaged in the same fashion it was packaged when you received it. Once I have the painting in perfect condition, we can proceed with a refund, minus the original shipping costs. You may also choose a new piece (of equal or lesser value). All shipping costs incurred, even those on free shipping items, are not refundable. Please allow 1-3 business days for the inspection of your return and 2-7 additional business days for your refund, depending on your bank.

  • If your piece was a custom commission, there are no refunds or exchanges. All sales of commissions are final.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

I stand behind my products and your satisfaction with them is important to me. However, because my products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, I do not offer refunds.
